Lauren

Lauren is a licensed massage therapist, graduating from the Cortiva Institute and obtaining her license in 2012. Her journey into wellness began earlier, in 2009, when she became a licensed cosmetologist. Lauren has honed her skills and expertise by working at renowned spas in both New Jersey and Chicago.

​Specializing in deep-tissue massage, Lauren's repertoire also includes pre/postnatal and fertility-enhancing techniques, combining therapeutic benefits with relaxation for a truly holistic experience. Her dedication to wellness extends to her certifications in Reiki 2, neuromuscular massage, and craniosacral therapy, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive care to her guests.

Outside of her practice, Lauren finds joy in reading, cycling, and attending shows. Her commitment to continuous learning and genuine care for her clients make her a highly regarded and trusted massage therapist.

Booking Policies

• We require a credit card to be on file and will ask for this information when booking your first appointment.

• Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

• "No Shows" or cancellations within one hour of the service(s) start, will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).

• Please call us at ​732.307.0412 to cancel your appointment or reschedule.

• All Cancellation Policy items above still apply when changing a scheduled appointment. Rescheduling does not relieve you from your appointment(s) commitment if you are inside the cancellation penalty window.

• We welcome recurring pre-booked appointments, but if trends of cancellations happen, we reserve the right to remove your pre-bookings.
