Kristine
Kristine is a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, and personal trainer with a deep passion for holistic healing. She began her journey at Sadhana Yoga Chi in Tahoe, California—a serene mountainous retreat where she fully immersed herself in wellness. There, she practiced 90 minutes of yoga daily, hiked through nature, and embraced a plant-based lifestyle, deepening her mind-body connection. She later expanded her expertise at CorePower Yoga in Huntington Beach, California.
Experiencing the profound benefits of bodywork firsthand and wanting to help others find relief, balance, and healing, Kristine pursued massage therapy at The Body and Mind Massage Institute in Toms River, New Jersey. As a licensed massage therapist, she takes a holistic approach to wellness, integrating her diverse skill set to support her clients’ overall well-being.
Kristine specializes in Swedish, Deep-Tissue, and our Signature East/West massage. She has also completed training in Craniosacral Therapy (Level 1), Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pin-and-Release techniques, and has been certified for personal training and nutrition.
Outside of work, Kristine enjoys spending time with her 12-year-old son and her beloved cats and dog. She has a deep love for nature and often escapes to mountain trails, rivers, and forests, where she hikes and even climbs trees

Booking Policies
We require a credit card to be on file and will ask for this information when booking your first appointment.
Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
"No Shows" or cancellations within one hour of the service(s) start, will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Please call us at 732.307.0412 to cancel your appointment or reschedule.
All Cancellation Policy items above still apply when changing a scheduled appointment. Rescheduling does not relieve you from your appointment(s) commitment if you are inside the cancellation penalty window.
We welcome recurring pre-booked appointments, but if trends of cancellations happen, we reserve the right to remove your pre-bookings.
