​Kur Yoga Policies

Pre-payment is required at time of registration. All yoga and workshop sales are final - no refunds.

Class Policies:

• Class size minimum 2, maximum 14

• You must reserve your space for classes at Kur. If we don't have at least TWO student reservations, class will be cancelled one hour before it is scheduled to start. Walk-ins are always welcome if class is already running with at least two reserved students.

• Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration.

• You should bring your own mat, but if you don’t have one, we rent them for $2 paid by honor system via cash box by the mats.

• If you are not in the studio by class start, your place may be given to someone on standby.

• Classes are subject to change/cancel and class instructors may be subject to substitution without notice. 

• Drop-ins will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please arrive EARLY!

​What is the Cancellation Policy?

• Once you have a spot reserved in the class you may early cancel up to 3 HOURS before class begins without penalty. Any early cancelled classes are returned to your account for future use.

• If you see LATE CANCEL as the only option to cancel out of class, then you are past the 3 hour cutoff to cancel and will lose that class. There are no refunds for any payments made, so choose your classes carefully.
  

Late Cancel/No Show Penalties:

• No credit is given for cancellations made less than 3 hours before a class.

• ​Drop-ins/Class Packs: You will lose the class used to make the reservation.

• Unlimiteds: You will lose one day off your current month.

• Kur Yoga Club members are exempt from these penalties.
