Her entrepreneurial journey began with her opening a thriving nail/barber shop in Parsippany, NJ, which she successfully managed for over 12 years. Pina's dedication to skincare ignited in her early 20s when she battled severe acne, prompting her to seek facials. She was committed to her skincare regimen and worked with her aesthetician for 24 years. Witnessing the transformative effects on her own skin fueled her passion for assisting others in achieving similar results.
After graduating cum laude with a degree in humanities, Pina transitioned her clientele from nail care to skincare, aligning with her true calling in life. Her expertise as an esthetician spans various settings, including spas at a hospital and a doctor's office. During her tenure with a plastic surgeon, she acquired in-depth knowledge of microdermabrasion and chemical peels—services she adeptly performs at Kur.
Pina's ethos revolves around never administering a service she deems unsuitable for an individual. Her success is attributed to her compassionate approach towards clients, and she has a reputation at Kur for meticulous cleanliness.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Pina indulges in leisurely activities such as spending time with her cat Lucy, watching K-dramas, dancing, and immersing herself in the rhythms of R&B music.

Booking Policies
We require a credit card to be on file and will ask for this information when booking your first appointment.
Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
"No Shows" or cancellations within one hour of the service(s) start, will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).

All Cancellation Policy items above still apply when changing a scheduled appointment. Rescheduling does not relieve you from your appointment(s) commitment if you are inside the cancellation penalty window.
We welcome recurring pre-booked appointments, but if trends of cancellations happen, we reserve the right to remove your pre-bookings.
