Learn simple self-massage Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques to release trigger points in the body for relief and recovery for issues like tension, pain and stress. Helpful for range of motion, stability, pain management, headaches/sinus, inflammation, boosting immunity, and regulating the nervous system. Open to both students and yoga teachers who want to incorporate MFR therapy into their practice and teachings. A printed guidebook is provided for use after the workshop. RAD balls & rollers will be available for use during the class as well as for purchase (via cash or Venmo) to take home.
