Kur Club Cancellation Form
Kur offers four Clubs, which are exclusively-priced, pre-paid services, or credits, for prescribed monthly services. Kur Clubs have a SIX (6) MONTH minimum membership commitment, which then continues month-to-month until you cancel. Kur will auto-pay from your credit card on file each month, on the same day of the month you joined. You must complete at least six months and six payments and cancel in-writing within 15 days of your next monthly auto-pay. Click here for full details.
If you have not met your minimum requirements to cancel, we may offer you a one- or two-month pause on your billing to help you catch up (this does not reduce your 6-month minimum commitment). After reviewing your account we will get back to you with details of your current standing, unused credits, and the best course of action to terminate your Club.
